  • This review has been amended. After having my 2016 Tacoma serviced today at the Toyota of Surprise I've added 2 stars to the rating, my first review was due to the fact this dealership wasn't getting any 2016 Tacoma inventory onto the lot while others in the area had multiple vehicles on the lot to choose from, I'd rather shop close to home, which TOS is, but had to purchase elsewhere unfortunately. I am very satisfied with the time it took for the 5k service, which also included an oil change. Friendly staff, popcorn and water with plenty of seating for those waiting for their vehicle service. I also looked at the new Avalon, nice car.
