  • 1st of all, definitely use the online waiting room option! It's a lifesaver. 120 minute wait from the comfort of my own home. I only had to wait about 15 minutes in the actual waiting room. Now, first of all, the lady at the front desk was incredibly rude. But I think she was just filling in because after checking me in, she ended up taking my vitals (awkward). If my entire experience was based around her, this would be a 1-star review. Luckily, I was seen by Dr. Shea. She was my doctor about a year ago when I came in and she was my doctor again today. I LOVE her. She greets you warmly, takes interest in you as a person and actually knows what she's talking about when it comes to treating you. The place itself is clean and modern. If you can ignore any rudeness from the staff and find yourself in the hands of Dr. Shea, you'll like this place, too.
