I would say that before Tom left and the new owners took over, this place was ok. I hadn't been since the ownership changed, and it seems to have changed for the worse. I had an appointment at 4 PM, but wanted to know if they could fit me in sooner, it was 2 PM. They had one customer in the store and a lady who worked there was doing her own nails. The receptionist was in workout clothes (you would never see this in the previous ownership), but they got me in and I got Tony. He didn't speak one word to me, looked and watched his phone multiple times, burned my nails from leaving the drill on too long, cut my cuticles too many times to count, and got the job done within 30 minutes. I loved Tom because he was gentle and knew what he was doing, he cared. Not to mention the prices also went up. Which are expensive anyways. I had acrylics with gel polish into the almond shape. It's time to relocate and find a better salon.
