rev:text	If I could give a zero I would. WORST SERVICE FROM A SERVICE BASED ESTABLISHMENT I'VE EVER HAD. I Had an amazing pedicure. Then, after waiting 30 minutes for the fill I signed in and told them I needed when arriving, I asked about it. The girl looked at me like she didn't understand English. No response at all. So I waited for the other front desk lady to return. I had then been waiting 45 minutes. She gave me excuse after excuse without asking my question as to when I could expect my service. She finally answered that I would need to wait ANOTHER 30 minutes. Had I initially been told that it would be almost an hour and a half between foot and hand services, I could have left and then returned. The truth of the situation is that they forgot about my hand service, but we're not willing to be honest about the situation or provide compensation. The aspect that led me to write the review was that when I walked out, she followed me out to ask if I had paid for my pedicure. I told her yes I had, but I shouldn't have had to. On top of my time being disrespected, she implied that I am also a thief. I should not have been expected to pay for thy pedicure had I been sitting in their salon for 2 hours already without being told to expect that wait. Although it was not my experience, I will add that a gentleman asked to pay for his wife's services before he left. However, they would not tell him a price stating, "We don't know how much it will be." I felt it odd that they would not provide him with a price for what would be a basic manicure. They also has me pay for my pedicure immediately after instead of after completion of ALL my services.
