  • Worst customer service I have EVER experienced, and I thought it was a fluke but no. I've been forced to come here by out of town guests and I refuse to ever make that mistake again. The hostesses are stuck up teenagers that can't do anything past walk you to a table. The manager, she's inexperienced, un-knowledgeable, and useless. I've never met an unfriendly manager until my last visit here. This place reminds of me LA in the worst way, mega attitudes and mediocre food that's masking itself as high end. I would recommend ANY Italian place over this one, Scarpetta, heck even Bucca do Beppo over this high school nightmare turned restaurant.
