| - I was ignored by several frantic employees when I first arrived at 10:45am on Monday for an oil change. After an eternity compared to other Toyota dealerships, I was finally acknowledged and then treated like an alien when I informed him I had no appointment. He sent me into an office where the person was on the phone, but made an appointment for me the following day. He was so busy that I forgot to ask about the price. When I returned the next day for my appointment, the man was still in a hurry, but I remembered to confirm the price. I was quoted $70 (before tax) for an oil change. No other service, just an oil change. I asked if there was any possibility to bring it down, like a coupon or something, because I've never paid more than $60 after tax and I always bring my car to a Toyota dealership service center. Maybe I'm being ridiculous, but I think it's unacceptable for them to be charging 30% more than any other Toyota service center I've ever been to. At the very least, he could have tried to sell me on the higher price. Is it too much to ask for him to earn my business by presenting me with a case for why I should pay the extra 30%? Instead, he simply told me to go somewhere else, so I left.
