  • During my first winter in Cleveland, I got into a pretty bad car collision from the slippery roads. Sam from the Lusty Wrench suggested that I come here for repair. Everyone at Shaker Quality is so friendly! The lady at the front desk kindly offered me tea and coffee, even though I was there for only a free estimate! Ron was the one who helped me. He gave me a quick estimate and was able to cut down some costs to fit my student budget. He said the repair would take a 2-3 days to complete and I can bring in my car as soon as possible. Talk about efficiency! Coincidentally, it was also before spring break time for school and I had already planned a week trip to somewhere that was neither freezing nor snowing. Ron graciously said that I can bring in my car before I leave for my trip and offered to keep my car in the shop until I get back, at no extra cost. Yayy Ron is seriously the man! I highly suggest coming there for your car repair needs! These people are so helpful and will give you a great deal :)
