  • Terrible. Unethical. Vultures. Got in to an accident on the 401 and they jumped on my vehicle. Took it to their shop. Even after my insurance company said they'll take over and even after I gave them my authorization to release the car to my insurance company, they refused. It wasn't until I physically went down there that they finally relented. Never had an experience like this before. If they tell you you have to sign something to release your car, ITS A LIE! Do NOT sign anything with these criminals. One star is too many.
