rev:text	I've been shopping for trucks for 2 days and stopped by on my way home to have a quick look at Titans. Salesman and his trainee were nice enough. Did not care for the truck but drove another (very expensive) model and liked it. Unfortunately I knew it was out of my range but thought I'd see what they could do. I probably could have been opened up to the idea of the more expensive truck if the deal was good. And yes...I can afford it. I just don't need that much truck. They came back with a 900.00 a month payment. No thanks and time to go. No hard feelings...we are just way too far apart. Now walks up the sales manager and wants to run my credit, which is admittedly poor for reasons that are NONE OF EV NISSAN'S BUSINESS. I declined until they came back with something more reasonable. So he began asking a series of personal questions about my credit. Knowing that if we get to a point where I submitted the report, he would see for himself, I stopped the interrogation. He became arrogant, started lecturing me and inferred that I was not an "educated buyer." Thanks for the lecture buddy. Did you see the gray hair? This was not my first car purchase. I was educated enough to demand my keys and leave. At least this "uneducated buyer" has a computer and access to YELP. These days bad service and insulting customers can cost you more than just one sale. One star for you EV Nissan for a miserable experience. Very disappointing. Maybe I'll go to Auto Nation and buy that truck tomorrow.
