  • I have been to this post office twice now. On both occasions the service was subpar. This time I grabbed the wrong label, used a pen that smeared, and purchased tape when I didn't need to, all acts that you would have thought were the worst possible things I could have done based on the way the worker commented. She made it seem like any assistance beyond ringing someone out was an inconvenience. If you're anxious while in line, thinking of what they'll be annoyed with this time, you know something is wrong. I have worked in retail before, I know customer service can be stressful but small acts of kindness go a long way. I have gone to this location out of convenience, but will now go out of my way for better service.
