  • Shop elsewhere. I bought a certified maxima here in March of 2012 and have had multiple issues with the sales department since then. I was told that I would receive 2 years of free maintenance with the purchase but that information never got added to the invoice. When I brought it back for its oil change, no one knew anything about it and treated me like I was trying to cheat THEM! Now I just discovered that all certified Nissans are supposed to come with 2 key fobs and mine only came with one. Neither the sales or service departments will do anything about it and the sales guy is again questioning me like it's my fault. These guys will do and say anything to make a sale and are not true to their word. There must be better Nissan dealers in the valley. If you do buy something here, please make sure you examine your paperwork line by line because they will NOT correct their mistakes.
