Ten Editions is the bookstore of my dreams. Everything is affordable, some of it laughably so (think 1930s Oxford dictionary of 2500+ pages for $10), and there is just so. Much. Of. Everything. It's an especially good stop if you're like me and vintage books at awesome prices are your jam. Plus there's library ladders, although moving them is loud and a bit embarrassing, esp when the owner asks, "What are you trying to do?!" and shows you up by moving it effortlessly despite her tiny little frame. Speaking of her, she's cranky but not rude, so I think she adds to the overall charm.
