  • Several years ago they sent us their furnace guy to service our AC and a week later our AC blew up. We purchased a new AC and talked about replacing the 2nd unit too but they were telling us they would have to make a hole in our ceiling bla bla bla This was not true, Just last week we had the 2nd unit easily replaced by SW Air Conditioning and they didn't need to make a hole in the ceiling. So Aloha was either incompetent or lying. Aloha also sold us two new thermostats for $200 apiece which we later found at Home Depot for $20 apiece. They are dishonest and don't do a good job.
