If I could give zero stars I would. I broke my leg and was not able to go for 3 months. I told them and they said bring in a doctors note and they would put a hold on my account until I came back. I bring them the doc. note and they withdrew 140.00 from my account! When I talked to the management team they claimed not to be able to find any of the transactions on my account. This has been going on for damn near 3 weeks! I decided to call another location, and in less then 5 mins they pulled up all of the receipts printed them out and had them highlighted and ready for my husband. I called the metro location, wanting to know how the other location pulled it all up and magically if I just bring in a copy of my banking statements it would be refunded. I am beyond furious. So now I am just waiting to see if they give me back my money, because they are trying to give my husband a check because I had to close my accounts out because of them fraudulently taking the 140 out. I will never trust this location, and with how shady they are. I might sign up for the bell rd location just because its cleaner, nicer, and and the people really do excel in customer service. This location is a disgrace, and I would always keep an eye on my accounts when ever they bill.
