  • 5 stars for CHERYL! I called ahead tonight to see if this location carried a certain calming collar as I am flying across the country tomorrow. Cheryl answered and was SO helpful! She checked and it was in stock and she recommended a few other things which I was so thankful she did and she set aside for me. I arrived and it seemed as though she was the only one working. I waited in line and finally when it was my turn I saw my items set aside. I said that those were mine and she knew right away! She knew I was flying however so she showed me some chewables instead that she recommended over the collar. I went along with her recommendation and am hoping for a smooth flight tomorrow! Cheryl is an asset to Petco. Working in customer service, it's hard to find genuine warm employees these days who provide that level of service.. I'm lucky to have been assisted by the best! Thank you Cheryl!!!
