  • Yeah... Some hick ups, nothing major, at the end everything has all been taken care of.. Person, (Olivia) was, very friendly... Only rented the car for 1 day... Car was very clean and in perfect condition. When returned I was charged a low mileage charge... I guess it was to cover the fuel... I did refueled it but the person at the counter could not change it in the system... Returned after the weekend and the manager refunded the amount to me without any problems since I did had the recipe from the gas station ... Overall it's always how a situation is approached, nobody is perfect and mistakes do happen...
