  • My husband and I currently live at the Waterford. We have had a lot of trouble with our upstairs neighbors and unfortunately bugs. This is a loud complex. So if you're a light sleeper I do not recommend this apartment complex to you. We have an ongoing problem with spiders, crickets, and though rare an occasional roach. The Waterford does offer a spray service. Which they did provide for use. It did not fix our issue. Tonight I was bit by a centipede inside our apartment. The doors are not sealed properly and this must be how these bugs are getting in. This makes their spray services moot. This complex also will fine you if you smoke in or on the grounds. This doesn't stop the maintenance employees from smoking. I'm not a smoker but feel this is unfair to enforce upon the residents and not the employees. The kitchen is huge. We enjoy that a lot. Parking is great and always available.
