  • I have been a resident for over two years. I am beyond disappointed in how management handles maintenance issues. Two years in a row they hired some people to clean the vents on the roof to help with dryer issues, both times it caused our dryer to stop working. I called them an told them it is making a burning smell and that my wet clothes are mildewing and yet no one has shown up. I also had my parents move in and she reported that a dog was pooping outside her window (huge amounts) no one was picking it up. They promised over and over to have the issue resolved and literally did nothing. They cleaned it maybe once. My apartment had crappy carpet and cheap countertop when I moved in yet they raise my rent to the amount people with upgraded apartments are paying, and had the audacity to say I could pay even more monthly if I wanted an upgraded apartment. One time my toilet started making noise and flooded all the way into the living room and my boys room. They told me I could turn the water off, when the man finally came THE NEXT DAY he told me he would only clean the small section right outside my bathroom, and if I wanted the rest of the carpet surrounding that area I could pay for it. After it was soaking in toilet water (that I did not cause) overnight. He did not put padding under some of the carpet her replaced so you definitely can feel the difference. Just want to give people a heads up on what to expect.
