  • I've been a customer at Infiniti of Charlotte for 3 years and during that time have been thrilled with my experience every time, from sales to closing, service and maintenance. This is such a pleasant change after an awful experience with Hendricks BMW. First of all - we thought we were interested in an FX, but with two large dogs and a growing boy, we weren't sure that it was big enough. Our sales guy showed us the JX (now the QX) and we fell in love. The car has been a dream to own! Not only is it fun to drive, but whenever we've needed service, we have gone to Infiniti of Charlotte and always had a positive experience. They are great about letting us know if there's ever a factory recall that needs to be addressed. And when we go in for service, every single service consultant has been easy to work with and very attentive. I've never had to wait longer than 45 minutes. And if the service is going to take longer than an hour, they offer a loaner. In fact, this last time I was there for service, they loaned me a car for only 2 hours just so I could get a few things done while they worked on my car. I never EVER got that type of service at BMW. I spent so much time in the waiting room at Hendricks BMW that I felt like I should change my mailing address to their waiting room. I would not hesitate to recommend Infiniti of Charlotte for new car sales and/or service. They are excellent in every way!
