  • When my partner and I first moved here form South Florida, we looked at dozens of properties in Charlotte. Ultimately, we chose here and we are so happy we did. While it is still under construction, and there were a few kinks at the beginning (mail service, no pool, etc), all of those issues have been solved. This was all clearly communicated to us as well in our contract before we signed up, so we did expect it. Our leasing agent Van was amazing. The amenities are great! Steam-room, Sauna, Pool, all good. The front office staff have been quite helpful as well, although I have to admit, I have not had the need to go in there very often. Every place has its pluses and minuses, but overall Villages has been great! We just renewed as well.
