  • I was contacted by the vice president with the hope of taking the sour taste out of my mouth regarding their company. He was very nice and listened to everything without deflecting blame which I appreciated. He came out later that week and looked at our landscaping. He agreed to replace some plants in October including some extra in the front that was not their fault. I appreciate the effort to correct errors on their part and I do feel better about California Pools.
