The internet connection is weak and always dropping. They always tell me there's a much higher speed showing outside, troubleshooting over and over, the diagnostics show it's slow. We traded in the new modem they gave us for a refurbished one. (Also make sure you buy a modem because you'll be charged monthly for a lease otherwise.) Terrible product, technical support sucks, and customer service is crap. Don't do it. Save yourself.
