  • Our beautiful cat of 17 years, Snow, was having trouble breathing on Saturday. My son and I found out from the ER Vet that he had significant fluid in the lungs from heart failure, as well as a mass on the lung. They were able to give him some relief so we took him home to decide on the next steps. Sunday we reached out to three different in-home pet euthanasia services. It is understandable that weekends are hard, but Gentle Journey was the only one that allowed us to look at their online calendar of availability. We were able to book and pay for the appointment online. Dr. Tiffany arrived right on time. She is a consummate professional who, at the same time, is beautifully gracious. She was very patient, listening to our tearful stories, getting our ok every step of the way. We are so grateful to have had this option.
