  • Josh the salesman was super nice and efficient. Buying the bedroom set was a breeze. I got a text confirming delivery from 1pm to 5pm so I arranged the mattress delivery to follow. Somehow and without notification my delivery got moved to 4 to 8 pm. At 7:22 I called and was assured the truck was on the way. At 8:01 I called and was told I was next in line. At 8:20 the driver called and said he'd be here in 25 minutes. Apparently the delivery window is a unicorn and your stuff shows up at an undisclosed time. Super neat to wait so long after my daughter had been without furniture for a month following a flood. Never again will I enter that neon colored house of horrors.
