We're a Honda household and have been for a long time. Currently we have a Civic and a Fit, and we needed to service the Fit before a road trip. We decided to try a dealer's service center after a lifetime of independent service places, and I have to admit going in that my hopes were not high. I expected high prices and a lack of personal touch.
I was completely and totally wrong.
Zimbrick really treated us well, had a welcoming environment, got a detailed history on the car's past maintenance history, and they were able to do our required maintenance for a very reasonable price -- much less than we had paid for comparable maintenance in the past.
The people we dealt with at the facility itself and on the phone to schedule the appointment were extremely friendly, and they didn't make us feel like it was an imposition to need a good check-over of the car before a long trip.
They really did a lot to earn our loyalty, and we'll be taking our current and future Hondas to them in the future.
