  • I HAD to take time out of my day to comment on the EXCELLENT level of customer service I had just experienced from Henne Jeweler. I have been a customer for over 13+ years. I have never had an issue with anything from Henne until recently. I had gotten a ring as a gift from Henne and it did not fit correctly. I went back 4 times to try to resolve the fit and nothing worked. One day I was walking down the street in my neighborhood and stopped on to a Jeweler and asked if he had a solution for my ring. He came up with a solution. I paid him left the shop and thought.. I should really call Henne and let them know he had found a solution. After my call to Henne I was EXTREMELY shocked when they apologized for all my trouble and said they were sending a check to cover what I spent to fix it AND a generous gift card to spend in their store. Now THAT is GREAT customer service. The Henne tradition continues with this generation upholding their mission statement ..... "Henne Jewelers is the jeweler for life by providing exceptional service .... Our mission is to strengthen and enhance relationships.
