  • I had a wonderful experience at Luxury Shoe repair. My son bought a pair of Johnston & Murphy leather shoes and wore them continuously for a semester at college. When he brought them home the soles had holes in them, the leather was cracked and almost white. When we took them in, the owner told us the cost upfront and explained in detail what he would have to do. He let my son pick out the new sole and said they would be good as new. One week later, he was right! The shoes look like new and my son is thrilled with the result. Getting them fixed was less expensive and less time consuming than shopping for a new pair. I will bring all my repairs here in the future.
