  • I recently moved to the berewick area and was looking for a new nail salon. I passed by passion and thought I'd try them out. I went in to just have a polish change. I was greeted by the owner who was very nice at first, however, it seemed that once he knew I was "only" getting a polish change, his demeanor changed. I wasn't offered anything to drink, which was fine. The nail tech asked if I wanted my nails cut, I said sure. Told her I wanted round shape....she shaped them square. Then she left me with my nails under the dryer never coming back to check on me. On the bright side, the shop was clean , they have a lot of color choices, and offer a variety of nail services. However, I'm not impressed with their customer service. And since nail shops are a dime a dozen in Charlotte, I won't be coming back to this salon.
