  • I remember when I first saw their Yelp page, I remember seeing all the 5 stars but noticing that they were from owners. I didn't think this was BAD but I guess I wasn't sure what it meant about what my experience would be like. Well, As a tenant, I've found First Serve Realty to be pretty awesome. They're not perfect, but they definitely have exceeded my expectations thus far in my first 6 months or so in the condo I'm currently renting. Just wanted to leave a positive (and accurate) review here to reflect my experience since I happened to have a conversation with someone about why I'd left my old place. :-)
