rev:text	UPDATE: On 09/28/17, a week after the original garbage was bypassed, I still hadn't received anything from Republic Services. A truck passed by my house a second time on this day which was strange. The truck backs into my cul de sac and the driver gets out. The driver goes to the far side of the truck and begins to urinate in front of my residence. When he finishes the other garbage man begins urinating. All on my surveillance cameras!! So I can't get a call back but they come to piss in front of my house? I was infuriated. The route supervisor, Chuck, finally gets a hold of me the following day. I send him the footage and I don't hear back from him. I had to hound him to find out what was going on. The garbage men were "disciplined" and a cleaning crew came out to hose down my street. The urine stained the concrete and had to be pressure washed. I've spent over 4 hours of my life dealing with trash issues and missed pickups. I feel as though I'm owed some sort of compensation. I have had a horrible experience with the garbage men on my route. For the 4th time in a year, they have selectively collected the garbage in front of my house. Sometimes they take all the garbage, only one of the trash cans, and sometimes they ignore it all together. Every time I call I have to wait a minimum of 25 minutes for someone to answer the phone. I have spoken to the manager on my route who ensured me he would fix the problem. It's not fixed. I captured their laziness on surveillance. It's purely unprofessional. I have written the company via their webpage and was ensured that someone would reach out to me by the end of the next business day. This also didn't happen. I have ZERO options other than deal with their terrible and unprofessional service. I thought about only paying for the services that I have received but I'm sure that won't go over well.
