rev:text	I moved in on the first of December 2016. Over a month ago. Into a "renovated" apartment everything looked nice and I got a decent deal. But once I got moved in I had a ton of issues that have made it impossible to live here comfortably. 1. Master shower did not work 2. Garbage disposal did not work 3. Sink would over flow and would not drain whenenever I used it or ran the dishwasher 4. Water heater needed replacement I only get hot water for about 80 seconds and that's it. 5. Patio door does not open and close easily it's very hard, and very old. You'd think with renovations they would replace a 100 year old door. 6. Front door patio light does not work And in this area you don't want to be walking in the dark it's turning into the GHETTO 7. Blindes broken in second bedroom and balcony/living room blindes NOW AFTER OVER a Month they have started to fix stuff but I still have issues , For example my sink is fixed and now my dish washer won't even turn on!!! I've lived in so many complexes and never had such a horrible unprofessional terrible experience! I have called and went down to the office almost everyday , I have not paid my rent and told the manager I refuse to pay full rent this month. Their excuse is that it's under new management. That's not an excuse if anything that should be more of a reason for you to be on top of things and make sure every resident is satisfied and their living conditions are up to par ! This is truly the worst experience I've ever had!!! Do not live here!!
