  • I absolutely hate living here. To give you an idea of the help this complex is: I had my bike stolen the first week we lived here and the cops were called repeatedly on my neighbors the second night we moved in. I have never lived in a place where my neighbors were hostile and consistently so loud it is impossible to sleep, and the management does nothing about it because it's too much of an inconvenience to actually punish them. I love the maintenance team, but getting them to actually come by is almost impossible since management, yet again, drops the ball and rarely sends in requests. The girl at the front desk is always rude, and I've learned to bypass her completely and go to the site manager instead. The management also does inspections of your porch and will fine you for various reasons if it's not up to their standards, and has threatened to take property from our porches and throw it away without any consent or communication, which is a horrible and severe punishment. I have this in writing in a note given to all tenants. Spend your money elsewhere. I made a mistake moving and unfortunately can't end my lease due to the ridiculous rent here for the worst place I've ever lived. Also, very telling: the website stopped being functional after the management switch and has since just disappeared. They can't even be assed to keep a website running smoothly, much less a big apartment complex
