  • Update: The manager Janette called me today to remedy the situation. I was promised a store credit and an amendment to my profile settings on their system that will ensure my shirts be Dry cleaned rather than Laundry washed - For this reason I am moving them up to 3 stars. - I suggested that no matter what the system shows their colleagues should never assume what service the client wants and always ask. I will continue to visit this store due to the apt managerial response ____________________________________________________________________________________ Upon arrival I stated to the colleague working that I have 4 shirts for dry cleaning. I called up 4 days later to ask if they were ready and how much. Strangely they could not find my information regardless of me respelling my last name more than 5 times. The result was my shirts ended being laundered (washing machine) rather than dry cleaned as I requested. The girl on the phone asked if I requested dry cleaning and I said yes I did otherwise I would have washed them in my own washing machine. Naturally there is not much she can do for me at this point so her attitude was blasé and nonchalant. In my 25 years of using professional dry cleaners I have never had this strange issue before. Perhaps the staff should ask their customers if they want their shirts wet washed or dry cleaned seeing as it does not seem obvious that most people want their business shirt dry cleaned. On the positive 4 shirts cleaned for less than $10.00 is pretty good but not what I wanted. I won't be coming back here again
