  • My Husband and I went to Findlay to look at a new CC and possibly trade my 08 Passat. Geoff "helped us" he let us take a new CC out for test driving. When we got back we said we liked the car but wanted to see the Passat so we can compare. Went to his office he printed 3 pages with pricing info on CC, Passat, and refi option (which we never mentioned we were interested in refi, so that was a waste of time and paper. Then Geoff said "TXT me if you have any questions" and pushed us out the door. So we were wandering the lot outside by ourselves and no one else offered to help us. I usually take my car here for oil changes, however I won't be patronizing them anymore. Since Geoff at Findlay was definetly not interested in making a sale we went over to Desert VW on Sahara where we got excellent customer service from Jack and ended up getting a fully loaded passat for a great deal. I would NOT recommend Findlay VW. Go to DESERT!!!
