  • I don't know what to say about this place except they suck. I arrived and was greated by a gentleman named Jovan Gooding. This young guy was very nice and I thought I would be getting a car from him. Since I was paying cash I did not qualify for the incentives . I found a used car that. I was interested in. I did not have time to test drive but assured Jovan Gooding that I would be back. Not really remembering how they can be vultures Jovan asked me to come inside since I was offering less that the sticker price. He said he needed to ask his manager . This is where the nightmare began. His manager came over I think ( I think his name was Greg ) not sure. He wanted to let me know that they were running specials with incentives . I informed him that I was all set and didn't need the loan. He proceeded to pull out loan papers and wanted my ss# and credit card number. I said no to both and he had the balls to ask my friend for there credit card. Ok now I'm pissed and I get up to leave , Jovan walks me out, Greg or whatever his name is is following and then out if the blue another manager is following. When I finally loose it the 3rd guy makes a very smart ass comment. Left and headed over to Avondale Nissan where I bought my car. They welcomed the cash. I feel terrible for Jovan I would have bought from him but he works with two rude managers.
