  • We had our water heater go out of course on a weekend. I called a few numbers with no luck and then I dialed American Plumbing and Rooter even though it was a Sunday afternoon Rich picked up the phone. He was extremely friendly and courteous. He walked me though all of my options and answered all of my questions. After our discussion we concluded that I needed a new tank. We ran the numbers on my old one and I was still within warranty! Rich showed up at 7am sharp the next day with a new tank. We had hot water by 9am! I can't say enough about how great Rich was. I highly recommend him! Thanks Again!!!!
