If I could leave zero stars I would. Today my mother received a phone call from the front hotel manager whose name is Kai. Last week my mom stayed at the Comfort inn for 3 nights. During her stay the office staff was friendly and informative. My mother who has a doctor certified therapy dog(s) is diagnosed with High Blood Pressure as well as anxiety while traveling. Today she received a phone call from Kai. I can't even put into words what was said... but here are some tidbits of their conversation "are you blind?? Why do you need these dogs?? Are you deaf??"..... keep in mind my mom gave the front her certificates that are required for hotel stay. We are in the process of contacting our attorneys. We wanted to share with everyone what a terrible human being runs this front office.
