Decent but overpriced, nothing special. I went here for the "Lavender Luxury Pedicure", it was fine but it didn't blow me away. Even though I select "be gentle" on their information sheet under "cuticles" the girl doing my toes was still a little hard on my cuticles, it hurt a couple times.
I wasn't very impressed with the paraffin alternative, sorry real paraffin is way better it makes a lovely soft mask around your feet, this was more like a warm sheet it didn't fully cover my feet and it wasn't as soft and moldable as paraffin. After my pedicure I was also under the dryer fans for what felt like forever and when I got home the polish on my toes had some visible squishing, clearly they hadn't been fully dried despite 20 minutes under the fan. They really need some dryer spray or something, or maybe these natural polishes just take way longer to dry.
I think most of the problems weren't based on the service but based on the natural products. If natural products are the most important thing to you I'm sure this place is nice but I just found they didn't perform as well. At least the nail polish and the paraffin. It's too much of a step down for me. For the price I expected better overall it was just a mediocre pedicure but for the price of a top notch one.
