  • Today I purchased my 7th Toyota from Big Two Toyota. As always I called my sales guy Doug and told him what I was looking for. This time it was a new Tacoma, man they look great. I met with Doug an hour later and he was ready for me with several Tacoma's he thought I'd be interested in. I picked one out with the features I liked, but they didn't have the color I wanted. Doug said he'd check and see if they could locate the color I really wanted from another dealer. While they looked for my exact match, we sat down and talked numbers. I told Doug what I was willing to pay for the vehicle, and he took my offer to Rusty one of the big dogs. They countered once and we had a deal. No blood, sweat or tears. It's so nice to walk into a clean, neat and professional car dealership like Big Two. I always make sure that I have Doug as my sales guy, Rusty as the sales manager and Jeff in finance as the guy who wraps it all up. They are the dream team and have ALWAYS made my transactions smooth and hassle free. Most of the time I'm in and out of the dealership within two hours tops. Keep up the great work Doug, Rusty and Jeff and I'll keep buying cars from you guys.
