rev:text	I had our ford fusion get a recall taken care here. The power steering had some issues. I initially went here because they said they could get me in on Saturday and should be finished by the end of the day. So I dropped the car off they then called me an hour before they closed and let me know that they needed to get a part to complete the repairs for the recall. That Monday was a holiday so We had to wait till Tuesday to get our car back. They didn't offer a loaner car in the mean time even though now we wouldn't have the car for 4 days instead of the one initially said. So that was a minor annoyance but not a big deal. The problem came when we picked the care up. The dealership was a little far away from us. (again we chose here because we thought we could get it all taken care of on a Saturday) So we paid over the phone and picked the car up after hours. This was a big mistake. When we got the car it had a big crack on the windshield. So dropped the car off with a fully intact windshield and picked it up with a big crack. So I called them up the next day when they were open. They said they would have to check their tapes and said it could have been from the car wash. If I had a rock chip on the windshield then the car wash could have made a crack from change in temperature and moisture. Insinuating that if this was the case they weren't at fault. I told them it happened when they had it so I thought it was their responsibility. They then checked the tapes and got back to me asking me to bring the car to examine it as they didn't see a crack on the tapes. I then went in they showed me a picture of the car with an intact windshield and said they didn't have any proof that the crack happened there so they couldn't do anything. I asked to see the video but the proper person for that wasn't there. I am now heading back for a third time to see the video of what they have. This the third time I have had to go and they are not close by. Hopefully will they will take responsibility this time. Bottom line I came for repairs left with a cracked windshield. Not a place I am going to come back to or recommend.
