  • Old school Vegas reduced to mediocrity due to mismanagement and the vast corporatism the city has become. This was once the epicenter of the Rat Pack, Fun, Vice, and everything society accepts about Las Vegas. Now it's full of 3 star rooms, dumb marketing gimmicks, and a lack of ingenuity. Times have changed and newer venues are competing and winning. If counter measures are not implemented this hotel could easily find itself a candidate for demolition as it fails to grasp the concepts that made it so Iconic.
