  • On my 1st visit to have my puppy bathed/groomed, I attempted to ask questions about the fees for services associated to my puppy. Shockingly surprised by a very rude reaction by groomer Melissa...Her energy was rude and her reactions were very unprofessional and scared both my puppy & son. She verbally bullied/attacked me/my son/my dog after i was simply asking her for clarification on what the fees were for services. She clearly didnt like me and didnt know me as i had never been in there. She threatened to call the police because i asked the other workers to get the store Mgr/owner on the phone for me to chat about her. At one point she made a comment that was quite inappropriate towards my 7 year old son...that left him/I in tears afterwards. Lets just say Melissa should change careers if she is so unhappy/hateful. Very rude/unprofessional person should not be permitted to handle our beloved pets. Thankfully she didnt groom my puppy as all of this occured prior to her grooming my puppy.
