  • A girlfriend of mine first introduced me to Pandora and since we were downtown at a conference together, it didn't take much convincing on her part to get me into this wonderfully sparkly store! The lady in the store went through all of the bracelet options with me and I soon purchased, not only my bracelet but a couple of charms as well. The service I received was fantastic and the whole experience was wonderful. Unfortunately, I'm not downtown all that often and the closest store to me, at the time, was at the Shoppes on 404 & Steeles. I purchased a few charms from that location but after the fiasco I had at this so called "flagship store" (see review here: http://www.yelp.ca/biz/pandora-markham#hrid:UE3fi-RZa7-ATqoBE7HIXg), I quickly returned to the RBC plaza. The ladies at this store provided outstanding customer service and not only did they rectify the problem but they also helped me submit a complaint to head office regarding the other store. Since I first purchased my bracelet, Pandora stores have opened in Scarborough and Pickering but the store in the RBC plaza has provided the best customer service bar none.
