  • Ok bought a nice piece of jewelry ($640) from this store for Valentines Day. Today my wife wanted some matching earrings so we went back to this store. I left for a few and came back and my my wife was almost in tears. She felt as though the sales associate blew her off because she was black. Not sure if that was the issue. Either way I returned the necklace and the young lady who helps apologized and was very nice. Too bad for Kay jewelers I spend thousands a year on diamonds... Onto Samuel Jewelers.
