  • Went in for simple oil change on a Hyundai Sonata. When I picked up the car, I was charged more than the coupon price....whatever. But then, over the course of a few weeks, my wife and I kept noticing oil leaks in the garage. A couple weeks later, when the leaking still hadn't stopped, I had my quality auto shop I have used for major repairs check it out for a trip I was planning and without mentioning the leak to them. They advised that, during the last oil change, the mechanic stripped out the drain plug likely by using an impact wrench. They should know, they did the oil change before this one and there were no leaks then. Bell Union is walking distance from my home but, from now on, I'll drive the 5-6 miles to get it done right. Never again with Bell Union Auto Service.
