I emailed a request for quote this am for printing and got a response that it would be an hour before I could get a quote. OK I guess I can wait an hour. It's been 2 hours and no quote so I called the location. After navigating through their auto attendant I got to the option to speak to a customer representative- Except the do not answer the call. Just for the heck of it I let it ring about 20 times but that was just a waste of time. I really am not sure how a business can stay in business like this. Very disappointing from FedEX.
