  • They were very nice and responsive. The technicians were able to come out within 24 hrs. My only negative experience was that the technician said the office didn't tell him I had scheduled the air vents on top of the dryer vent to be cleaned. It wasn't a huge deal though since they were able to clean them, without hassle. I would use them and recommend them in the future.
