  • My favorite airline. I think they have the best customer service out of all of the major US airlines. My most recent flight with them, the flight was delayed 2 hours. The delay was posted early and I also received a text telling me so. I was already at the airport so I walked over the the gate to find out more information. They had sodas and waters for the folks who got delayed. What a nice touch. One of the things I love about them is their pilots as well. All of my flights, the pilot or captain are very good at communicating with the passengers. Whether it's turbulence or something else, they let you know what's going on. Always my go to choice for flights.
