  • I emailed Matt about some repairs that needed to be done at our house. I needed these done ASAP as we are trying to sell and supposed to be closing escrow shortly. He emailed me back almost immediately and set up an estimate for a few days later. He worked within my time frame and squeezed me into his already packed schedule (which I very much appreciated). He will be my go-to going forward at our new house :)
