  • I've been through inspections as a home owner, a home buyer, and almost 20 years ago (yikes!), even as a realtor. From my experience, whichever role you find yourself in, you want an inspector who is thorough, ethical, knows what he's doing, and is able to communicate his findings in a clear, detailed, and honest way. Tony of Smart Start excels on all fronts. There is so much BS and double-talk among so many contractors and real estate "professionals" out there, with Tony you know you're getting the straight scoop. Can't recommend Smart Start highly enough!
